Together We Grow: P1 Welcomes This Year's Summer Interns

Interns-Hero

Over the past few years, P1 has worked to create an even more robust internship program for our next generation of construction management and support leaders.

This year, P1 has a diverse group of interns joining us across mechanical, electrical, technologies, Virtual Design & Construction, safety, and support departments.

P1 Project Manager Hayley Leonard has taken over leadership of the intern program in 2026. Once a P1 intern herself, Hayley is committed to helping interns get the right kind of experiences during their time at P1.

“I wanted to get more involved not only because it impacted me positively when I was an intern, but because of how many full-time P1 employees we hire from our interns.”
