We have the space – all under one roof - to host the collaboration of all trades, making P1 your ideal partner for today’s off-site construction and assembly manufacturing needs. P1 can deliver manufactured components and multi-trade assemblies to contractors, owners, and peer-trade contractors.
From Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) through completed fabrication, P1’s trade experts work in close proximity to create a seamless off-site and on-site construction experience.

VMI
Our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) allows P1 to partner with select vendors to keep inventory on-hand for pick-and-pull directly within our fabrication shop. No waiting for parts to arrive!
