Saint Luke's Hospital Energy Center Chilled water system, designed for high efficiency, was not meeting performance expectations.
P1 Group was asked to provide a two-year simple payback solution that would integrate with the existing building automation system for measurement and verification. P1 Group implemented a highly sophisticated chilled water optimization platform with advanced software control algorithms to improve the Energy Center systems performance. In a holistic approach to achieve optimal control and peak efficiency, P1 Group also enhanced the operation of the building’s HVAC systems through commissioning services.
