This was a high profile project for Garmin, who moved their manufacturing operations into the new building, to free up square footage in their former manufacturing space for future office expansions.
The project utlized a siphonic roof drainage system. To maintain quality control and strict dimentional tolerances for the system, P1 Group fabricated the entire roof drainage system (more than 10,000 lineal feet) prior to installation.
Even though the project had an overall duration of 18 8months, the bulk of the project was completed in less than 12 months.
