P1 Charity Bracket Challenge Raises $1,100 for Charity
LENEXA, Kan. - Mike Totta, the husband of P1 associate Cheri Totta, is the winner of the 2017 Charity Bracket Challenge. He will split the proceeds with his charity of choice.
Each year prior to March Madness, P1 Group associates, family and friends are invited to fill out an NCCA Tournament bracket for ten dollars. The winner receives half of the proceeds while the other half is matched by P1 and donated to the charity the winner chooses.
The Benefit of Linda “Nikki” Stevens will receive $1,100. Nikki, Mike and Cheri’s daughter, suffered a severe stroke in 2012 during surgery. Her family and friends established her benefit fund and have hosted fundraisers to help with the ongoing costs of her care. The Charity Bracket Challenge money will go toward a new lightweight wheelchair for Nikki.
