OLATHE, Kan. – P1 Group has been awarded work for the first phase of a $200 million headquarters expansion for Garmin International, near 151st Street and Ridgeview Road in Olathe.
P1 Group will complete the plumbing, pipefitting and sheet metal work for a new 720,000 square-foot manufacturing and distribution center. McCown Gordon is the general contractor for the project, Gould Evans Design is the architecture firm and Smith & Boucher is the MEP engineer.
P1 associates involved with the project include:
- Project Development – Glenn Shain, Steve Smith, Dan Tylski, Garret Parker, Glenn Bartholomew, Chuck Dickman, Todd Mihalchik and Jill Giele
- Preconstruction – Don Erisman
- Project Management – Jason Quattlebaum and Lauren Titzman
- Project Foremen – Marcus Conner, John Ogden and Steve Turner
