KANSAS CITY, Kan. – P1 Group, Inc. has won a mechanical project for the 9th floor buildout of the Center for Advanced Heart Care at the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City, Kan.
P1 Group was awarded this project in July 2011 and expects to complete it by July 2012.
Scope of Work
- Finish out of the shell space of the 30,690-square-foot 9th floor
- Buildout of (20) patient rooms
- Install plumbing and medical gas systems
- Ductwork and hot water to reheat boxes
