LAS VEGAS – P1 Group, Inc. has won the plumbing work for the renovation of select rooms in the Four Seasons Hotel, situated atop the Mandalay Bay Resort on the strip in Las Vegas, Nev.
P1 Group is scheduled to begin work on November 8, 2010 and will continue on a seven-day-a-week, double shift pace to complete the work by late December 2010. P1’s careful planning and execution will allow the hotel to continue normal operations and offer continued five-star comfort for its guests.
Congratulations to Nick Kasik, operations manager, for securing this work for P1 Group. Mark O’Rourke, plumbing superintendent, will help oversee this project.
Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas contains 424 guest rooms, including 86 suites. It is set on the 35th through 39th floors of the Mandalay Bay tower and accessed exclusively by Four Seasons express elevators.
