P1 Group wins electrical and mechanical project at Sumner Regional Medical Center

WELLINGTON, Kan. – P1 Group, Inc. is pleased to announce it has won the electrical and piping work on the new chiller and cooling tower replacement project at Sumner Regional Medical Health Center in Wellington, Kan.

This project was awarded in January 2010 and is expected to be completed by May 2010.

Scope of Work

  • 525-ton chiller
  • 600-ton cooling tower
  • 5 new HVAC pumps
  • 3 ductless split systems
  • 14 control valves
  • 200-gallon domestic water storage tank
  • New distribution panel
  • Modify existing motor control center
  • Provide power to the pumps, split systems, chiller and cooling tower
