ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – A P1 Group customer recently rewarded our St. Joseph staff with some kind words.
Charlotte McElroy, Operations Administrator at St. Joseph Christian School, sent a note to Heather St. Clair, P1 Group Proactive Solutions Consultant II.
“From the beginning I was impressed with the time you took to get to know SJCS and me and what our needs were,” said McElroy. “The fact that I was able to email you in the middle of a late evening board meeting with questions regarding the bid and immediately receive a response was actually the final selling point to my board.”
“Whether it is working with Cris Ray (P1 Group Electrical Project Manager) or with you, Adam Collier (P1 Service Manager) or Mike Haycock (Commissioning Supervisor/Service) . . . I can’t say enough about the professional service I have experienced,” she added.
St. Joseph Christian School and P1 Group have a maintenance contract that will go into effect July 1. Our P1 team has already done work at the school, including a quick and effective fix to the HVAC in the pre-school building. McElroy was impressed that the P1 team not only did the work well, they also followed up to make sure the problem unit was working as it should.
“Then, as a bonus, the bill was for less than was bid,” McElroy wrote. “I can tell you that has never happened in my previous experience with contractors in this field.”
