LAS VEGAS, Nev. – P1 Group has been awarded The Park-MRI Roadways and Utilities Project that will connect the New York-New York and Monte Carlo resorts and the new 20,000-seat Las Vegas arena currently under construction by MGM. The Park, spanning more than eight acres, will be an engaging indoor/outdoor destination when it opens in conjunction with the arena in 2016.

P1 Group associates who were instrumental in the sales and estimating to secure the The Park contract include Chad Mosley, Rick Cook, Catalina De Leon and Brad Davis.
P1 Group’s scope of work for the project includes the underground plumbing (sanitary sewer, grease waste, natural gas and domestic water) and the hydronic mains (chilled and heating) to the new tenant spaces from the existing central plants along with the new civil connections. More than 9,000 feet of underground piping will be installed.
The P1 Group Project Manager will be Chad Mosley and the Project Coordinator will be Catalina De Leon. Rob Anderson will oversee field operations and Rod Mickelsen will be in charge of shop fabrication and field install.
