P1 Group celebrated Cinco de Mayo last week with a catered lunch featuring a full line-up of Mexican food including tacos, beans, chips and salsa, and chicken. For dessert, P1 ordered in sopapillas with honey and chocolate for dipping.
“I really enjoyed the humorous conversations,” Jen Nelson, project engineer, said. “And the sopapillas were to die for.”
Following lunch, associates were allowed to rekindle their childhood by taking swings at a piñata filled with candy.
P1 Group held the event as part of its monthly ‘Funday’ series. P1 Group’s Fundays are themed gatherings, often with food, that provide a chance for associates to unwind and get to know each other in a casual setting.
