Mechanical work awarded for St. Luke’s East campus

LEE’S SUMMIT, Mo. – P1 Group has won a piping and plumbing project for St. Luke’s East Surgicenter and Rockhill Orthopedics. The project includes a tenant finish out of 12,500 square feet of shell space and a 15,800-square-feet remodel to the existing space.

P1 Group was awarded this project in July 2012 and expects to complete it by February 2013.

Self-Performed Scope of Work

  • Heating hot water, refrigeration, and condensate piping
  • (54) Plumbing fixtures
  • Associated domestic water, sanitary waste and vent piping
